There was a time when I thought healing was about doing everything “right.”

Eat well. Meditate. Take the herbs. Align the chakras. Fix what’s broken.

I was trained in natural medicine. I earned my Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine. I opened my wellness center.

I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to do.

And still, I felt something was missing.

Then life cracked me open.

I went blind in one eye.

My body gave me no choice but to stop striving and start listening.

And what I heard…ooof!

What I discovered wasn’t just a new technique or modality.

It was a remembering.

A return.

To my soul.

To my knowing.

To Christ Consciousness within.

This was the beginning of my awakening,

It was the beginning of a way of living, healing, and leading.

Through years of deep soul work, lots of resistance (!), spiritual mentorship, shadow work, and growth, I stopped treating healing as something outside of myself.

And I began to embody what I was here to be:

A channel for sacred healing.

A mirror of truth.

A guide for those who are ready to come home to themselves.
