How long is the program?
Body of Light™ is a 3-month minimum healing container. Some clients complete their recalibration within that time, while others choose to continue for 6 months to support deeper layers of integration, physical repair, and energetic embodiment.
How much time will this require each week?
The core practices (guided audio healings) range from 15 minutes a day to 45 minutes 2–3x per week. You’ll also receive biweekly recalibrations (these do not require a time investment on your part), and daily messenger mentoring for emotional & integration support. This is designed to fit into a real life while creating real change.
What kind of healing can I expect?
This program does not treat or diagnose illness. Rather, it works on the soul-level distortions—karmic patterns, emotional imprints, and misaligned beliefs—that prevent full soul embodiment. As these are cleared and your system is recalibrated, many clients report improvements in physical symptoms, emotional resilience, clarity, and vitality.
Do I need to believe in past lives, karma, or Ascended Masters for this to work?
No. Your openness is enough. The healing is directed by your soul and your chosen Higher Beings of Light. Many clients experience profound results without needing to intellectually grasp every aspect of the process.
What if I’m already taking herbs or working with other practitioners?
