- For payment plans, clients are responsible for completing all payments, even if they choose not to use the full service or program. Refunds for unused services may be granted according to the refund policies specified in each program's terms.

- Kelli Davis and FemmEterna also respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any ideas, strategies, or business content shared during our sessions will not be used, replicated, or implemented for our own business purposes. Your intellectual property is fully protected.
- By participating in our programs or services, you agree thatKelli Davis and FemmEterna may share information about your transformation, including screenshots of messages, for marketing purposes. - Client Responsibility:

- Session Validity:
- All individual sessions must be used within 4 weeks of purchase unless otherwise specified in the program terms (e.g., packages with an 8-week validity period).
- Packages and multi-session programs have their own specified validity periods. Any unused sessions beyond the specified timeframe will be forfeited without refund or credit.
- No Guarantee of Results:
- While our offerings are designed to provide transformative experiences, Kelli Davis and FemmEterna make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Success is highly dependent on individual participation, engagement, and implementation.
- Non-Compete Clause:
- By engaging with Kelli Davis or FemmEterna, you agree not to replicate, distribute, or use the intellectual property, methodologies, branding, materials, or processes provided through our services or programs for commercial purposes without explicit written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, using these materials to create competing services, programs, or products.
- You further agree not to solicit or attempt to solicit other clients of Kelli Davis or FemmEterna for any similar or competing services during the engagement period and for a duration of one (1) year following the conclusion of your participation.
- Any violation of this clause may result in legal action to protect Kelli Davis or FemmEterna’s intellectual property and brand integrity.
- Exceptional Circumstances Clause:
- In the case of extraordinary circumstances such as serious illness or emergencies, refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of the provider.
- Force Majeure Clause:
- In the event of circumstances beyond the provider's control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, technical disruptions, or other unforeseen events, the provider reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or refund undelivered services at their discretion. Clients will be notified promptly and provided with alternative arrangements where possible.
- Release of Liability:
- By participating in any services or programs offered by Kelli Davis or FemmEterna, you agree to release and hold harmless Kelli Davis and FemmEterna its practitioners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You acknowledge that these services are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice and that you participate voluntarily, taking full responsibility for your actions and decisions.
- Dispute Resolution:
- In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. Mediation will be conducted in good faith and facilitated by a neutral third party.
- If mediation is unsuccessful, the courts of Masamagrell, Spain, will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.

Program and Service-Specific Policies
Channel Eterna™
- Refund Policy:
- No refunds for months already started or completed.
- For monthly commitments, cancellations must be made 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Refunds are not available if the service is not fully used within the month.
- For longer-term commitments, refunds are available only within the first 14 days, minus the cost of any months already delivered, calculated at the prorated monthly rate.
- Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your ongoing commitment with 7 days’ written notice before the start of the next month (for monthly plans).
- Missed messenger coaching days are non-refundable. Days may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice and according to availability.
- All individual sessions included in this program must be used within 4 weeks of purchase. Unused sessions after this timeframe will be forfeited without refund or credit.
Past, Present, Purpose™
- Refund Policy:
- Clients are eligible for a refund based on the following schedule:
- Full refunds are available within the first 14 days of the program, provided no Akashic Records reading has been delivered and before the first group coaching call, minus a 50€ administrative fee.
- 50% Refund: Available after the first Akashic Records reading has been delivered or after the first group coaching call, whichever occurs first, even if there are delays.
- No refunds are available after the second group coaching call or the second Akashic Records reading is delivered, whichever happens first.
- If the client is on a payment plan and cancels, the remaining amount due according to the refund schedule will be charged immediately.
- Once cancellation is granted, no further services will be scheduled or delivered. Undelivered services already scheduled at the time of cancellation will be forfeited, and further access to the course will be closed.
- Clients are eligible for a refund based on the following schedule:
- Cancellation Policy:
- Due to the group nature of this program and the availability of call replays, partial cancellations or refunds for missed calls are not available. Clients are encouraged to attend live or watch the recordings.
TranceFormation Tracks™
- Refund Policy:
- Due to the digital nature of this product, no refunds are available once the tracks have been downloaded.
- If a download issue occurs, contact support to resolve the problem within 7 days of purchase.
Medical Energy Healing™
- Single Session Refund Policy:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
- Refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours before the session.
- All individual sessions must be used within 4 weeks of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited without refund or credit.
- Package Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
- After the first session, refunds are prorated based on sessions completed, and a €50 administrative fee will be deducted.
- No refunds are available after the second session or after 14 days.
- All sessions in the package must be used within the specified validity period. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited without refund or credit.
Chinese Herbal Medicine™
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
- No refunds are available after the consultation has taken place, as this service includes a customized plan delivered post-consultation.
- All individual consultations must be used within 4 weeks of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited without refund or credit.
The Daily Glow-Up Membership™
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not available for memberships once the month has begun, as this service includes daily energy healing.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Clients are responsible for canceling their membership through the client portal. This can be done at any time. No written request is required, and cancellations will take effect immediately upon submission in the portal.
- Clients will retain access to the Telegram group and group healings until the end of their current billing period unless specifically requested otherwise. No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Elevate and The Triad Refunds:
- If the individual energy healing or messenger coaching day for the month has been completed, no partial refunds are available.
